DESIGN BUILD / DESIGN ASSIST
DESIGN - BUILD
NPM offers Design-Build services to provide the most complete, timely and cost-effective design to the project. NPM and our design partners provide complete Design-Build projects from concept to completion. With ever shortening schedules and the need for turnkey projects in less time, Design-Build
can shorten the construction process by taking one more step out of the process. By designing what we build, our clients reduce cost as well as time. Design-Build is the solution whether your project is on the

DESIGN – ASSIST
NPM builds a variety of projects in which the clients and engineers’ dreams and designs become reality. BIM / PRE-FABRICATION
BIM MODELING
NPM’s Preconstruction services includes BIM/3D CAD proficiency and Big Room experience. NPM offers Owners and Contractors expert advice in construction means and methods and sustainability
issues. The identification of constructability issues is one of Preconstruction’s primary objectives. NPM takes great pride in keeping projects on track while adding value, ensuring the best possible outcome from the very beginning.

NPM’s prefabrication capabilities makes material ready for installation within minutes of its delivery onsite minimizing field labor, storage and waste while keeping the assemblies in a controlled environment to promote safety, enhance quality control, reduce costs and increase the overall productivity.
